Willa Kraj - Ustron

The location was mind-blowing! It was close to the center, but not spot-on, so it was peaceful yet in walking distance everywhere. The room was super okay and the bathroom amenities were jaw-droppingly awesome. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The parking area was fantastic and convenient. It was pleasantly warm in the room, creating a cozy vibe. And the fact that the hotel accepts animals was a cherry on top! The breakfast and staff at breakfast were mind-blowingly nice! We even had access to a kitchen area which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast itself was above average and the staff were reasonably friendly. On-site car parking was a huge plus.

I recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast during my trip and couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff at the breakfast were very friendly and the breakfast itself was delicious, above average for a bed and breakfast. I appreciated the on-site car parking, which made it convenient for me to explore the area. Additionally, the inclusion of a kitchen area that guests were allowed to use was a bonus.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The apartment we stayed in had a nice room with antique furniture, giving it a unique charm. The wooden floor added to the atmosphere, although it did creak quite a bit. The location was great, close to the center but away from the noise. The bathroom, while small, was clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast menu could've been better in terms of food quality and taste.

The staff at reception were wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for nearby activities. The warm and friendly service truly added to the overall experience.

The rooms at Willa Kraj are just lovely! I stayed in a classically appointed room with an LCD TV and a private bathroom. It felt so cozy and comfortable, like a home away from home. I absolutely loved the extra spacious double room. The seating area with armchairs was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of business meetings. The double room with a fireplace, seating area, and hot tub was pure bliss. It felt like a luxurious retreat where I could unwind and recharge. The 24-hour front desk made my stay at Willa Kraj even more convenient. I always had someone available to assist with any queries or requests. The room had a fantastic view of the garden. It was so refreshing to wake up to such beautiful scenery every morning.

While some may enjoy it, personally I found the wine/champagne in the room a bit unnecessary.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the walk-in shower in this room. But I understand that others might appreciate the convenience it offers.
